I assist customers with sales and questions they have regarding our merchandise. Along with stocking inventory, logging valuable items, and running the cash register, I process cell phone contracts and upgrades for customers. I am also trained and certified to operate Power Lifting Equipment.

As a Technical Support Analyst, I complete extensive hardware and software troubleshooting on student, faculty, and alumni computing devices. Daily tasks include: troubleshooting, cleaning computing devices, providing phone support, and resetting student passwords.I also consult with the user to develop a needs assessment, and properly add it to the ticketing system.

As a Computer Lab Assistant, I assist in the day-to-day operations of various computer labs on campus. This includes: answering student questions, keeping inventory, and ensuring proper computer operations within the labs.

As a Speedway employee, I cleared the track of disabled vehicles and corrected collision congestion which would occur during races. Communication skills with customers and other Speedway employees was a key element in maintain customer calm and restoring normal operations.

I served in a volunteer capacity as the Webmaster for this local, community-based interest group. In addition, I assisted in the development and maintenance of the troop’s internet website.
