I assist the Kenmore team (formerly called Swiantek, Kling & Pasieka, LLP) with processing paperwork for tax returns, maintaining files, creating PDFs and general office tasks.

Member of the Enrollment Management Strategic Content and Marketing Team (EM | SCMT) directly reporting to the Vice Provost for Enrollment Management. This team is embedded into EM units to enhance communications to help students make informed enrollment decisions. Our group conducts research, manages pilot initiatives, leads product development, participates in the implementation of new tools and partners to create campaigns focused on strategic and effective EM content and marketing initiatives.

Member of the Interdivisional Marketing & Communications group at the University at Buffalo. I support web content development, accessibility compliance, site maintenance, social media outreach, video production (including captioning), and manage student assistants. We develop creative marketing assets, digital communications and websites with Adobe Suite products and the Adobe Experience Manager (Digital Transformation Project). Web Services supported the Academic Affairs Marketing and Communications team for the Vice Provost For Academic Planning | Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education. Our digital team managed the strategic planning, design, development, support and evaluation of multiple web sites, many of them mission critical including the Office of Admissions, Student Accounts (Bursar), Registrar, Financial Aid, Honors, and the Cora P. Maloney College.

Sales Support and Corporate Training for Eastern Hills Mall location (Store 1971). Trained new associates on point-of-sale computer, overview of customer service and helped with special projects. Assist sales team with restock, inventory control and store presentation. Primarily responsible for purses and women's accessories stock. Named non-sell associate for 4th quarter of 2011.

Worked directly with the Vice President, Marketing, Planning and Public Affairs in the identification, development and integration of marketing communication strategies to all target audiences through various media utilized at the organization. Included collaborative content management, web-based communication, publications, media and direct mail as well as other communication vehicles. Serve on Institute committees as needed, including as liaison to community partners. Coordinated Touch Science, a hands-on training program for Buffalo Science teachers.

Develop web content for all Roswell Park websites; manage media efforts; coordinate special events; support trade shows; produce written materials for professional and general public.Serve on Continuing Medical Education Committee, IT Web Committee and other initiatives as needed for the Department of Marketing, Planning and Public Affairs. Lead web content developer for innovative YRoswell website for teens and young adults.

Focused on writing for Roswell Park publications and technical press releases. Edited the "Roswellness Guide To Cancer" in 1999 which was an overview of cancer for the general public.

Supported the Alliance Foundation public relations, marketing outreach and special events. Coordinated first Tree of Hope Ceremony for Roswell Park Cancer Institute (December 1993) and first Cancer Survivor's Day (October 1994).

Advisor to The Campus Herald (student newspaper) and to the Johnstonian (yearbook); editor of the Alumni newspaper;manager of all other student publications and was a member of the Student Life team. Proud to serve as Chair of the Public Relations Committee for the College Media Advisers, Inc. from 1991-92.
