For over twenty years, I have explored ways to design intelligent platforms that extend human capabilities to perceive and act in the presence of increasing complexity. My early career focused on basic and applied machine learning research in the service of addressing complex national security challenges. Now my passion and focus are directed at defining and building data-driven platforms to help scale the global regenerative agriculture movement. The dual existential threats of climate change and global ecosystem collapse require us to change course in unprecedented ways prior to 2030. What we do now will dictate the future of life on our planet for generations to come. We need to support collective learning and action at a massive scale.
