In his 2009 TEDx Talk, How Great Leaders Inspire Action, Simon Sinek shares “people don’t buy what you do, they buy WHY you do it.” This inspired me to change my approach to nearly everything I do. I’ve put the message into action, sharing the philosophy with hundreds of people and by living out my PERSONAL WHY; TO CREATE AND SHARE EXPERIENCES THAT INSPIRE OTHERS TO LIVE LIFE PASSIONATELY.In my quest to inspire people into action, I’ve stumbled into many “learning opportunities”.
