A través de diversas técnicas de UX Research y métodos colaborativos con los diferentes stalkeholders implicados como son workshops de marca, de personalidad, entrevistas, análisis competitivo, propuesta de valor, etc. Descubrir y comprender los requisitos de los diferentes proyectos. Recabar toda la información para poder diseñar la estructura es fundamental.2. A través del uso de herramientas como Personas, Customer Journeys, card sorting, tree testing, cocreación, ideación, etc. Identificar en profundidad las necesidades del cliente y lograr construir soluciones centradas en las necesidades del usuario y los objetivos comerciales. Co-creación conjunto con el equipo de proyecto de la estrategia a seguir.3. Creación, diseño y puesta en marcha de tests de usuario, análisis de resultados y propuestas de mejora, todo imbuido en un proceso de diseño iterativo enmarcado en diversos sistemas ágiles.4. Creación y diseño del flujo conversacional de manera conjunta con el equipo de lingüistas computacionales y desarrolladores. Creación de prototipos y soluciones ajustadas al usuario final.
