Research focus on:- Leading NIH-funded clinical trials (as Principal Investigator).- Deployment of digital tools to better understand health behaviors and disease status. - Use of remote technologies to support the care of patients with cancer & cardiovascular disease. Current projects include assessment of wearables to predict COVID-19, and personalized behavior change interventions to increase physical activity.

- NIH-funded (T32) postdoc researching health behaviors with a focus on physical activity and sedentary behavior.- Investigating the role of digital technology in monitoring and influencing health behaviors.

- Taught a broad range of lecture, lab, and practical classes: Exercise Physiology, Biomechanics, Digital Technology in Kinesiology and Advanced Principles of Strength & Conditioning.- Ran exercise testing program for collegiate athletes and advised coaching staff.- Member of the Exercise Science steering committee.
