Paired with training, connectivity, and support, C2K creates digital inclusion, which strengthens Health, Educational, and Economic Equity. Ms. Pierre's strong fiscal management of operating the organization with only a 3.7% combined fundraising and management cost identifies Computers 2 Kids as the most efficient refurbisher in the nation.Ms. Pierre's strong leadership helped grow Computers 2 Kids by 400% during a global Pandemic, leading her team to provide more than 115,000 computers to the technologically underserved struggling to complete their education or work remotely. Ms. Pierre expanded services nationwide in response to the growing digital disparity by creating the Computers 2 Kids Technology Assistance Program (TAP) App enabling access to anyone with a smartphone to apply for affordable access to a computer and the internet.Ms. Pierre is a member of The Digital Opportunity Network, the National Digital Inclusion Alliance, the North San Diego Business Chamber, and the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce.
