Ms. Pierre is the Chief Executive Officer of Computers 2 Kids, a leading advocate for Digital Equity by recycling and refurbishing computers and providing affordable access for the technologically underserved. Paired with training, connectivity, and support, C2K creates digital inclusion, which strengthens Health, Educational, and Economic Equity. Ms. Pierre's strong fiscal management of operating the organization with only a 3.7% combined fundraising and management cost identifies Computers 2 Kids as the most efficient refurbisher in the nation.Ms. Pierre's strong leadership helped grow Computers 2 Kids by 400% during a global Pandemic, leading her team to provide more than 115,000 computers to the technologically underserved struggling to complete their education or work remotely. Ms. Pierre expanded services nationwide in response to the growing digital disparity by creating the Computers 2 Kids Technology Assistance Program (TAP) App enabling access to anyone with a smartphone to apply for affordable access to a computer and the internet.Ms. Pierre is a member of The Digital Opportunity Network, the National Digital Inclusion Alliance, the North San Diego Business Chamber, and the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Pierre is the device distribution project lead for the City of San Diego's SD Access 4 All initiative. Ms. Pierre is a Nationl Advisory Board member of the Alliance for Technology Refurbishing & Reuse Advisory Council, who, along with Digitunity, successfully encouraged support for the passing of the bill H.R. 3544: Computers for Veterans and Students Act (COVs Act) in January 2023.

Chéri Pierre owns Pierre and Associates, a consulting firm that specializes in helping under-resourced nonprofits, small businesses, and entrepreneurs implement sustainable solutions usually reserved for large, multinational companies. Ms. Pierre's global consulting positions in Washington, D.C., and Germany include working with The World Bank, InterAmerican Bank, VUBI, government ministries, and executive offices of the German Ambassador.A 2005 LEAD San Diego graduate, Ms. Pierre is a member of the Alliance for Technology Refurbishing & Reuse Advisory Council, The Digital Opportunity Network, the National Digital Inclusion Alliance, the North San Diego Business Chamber, and the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce.
