As a Project Manager for the Applications and Platforms team, I led our group of architects and infrastructure subject matter experts in supporting internal and infrastructure development and vendor team engagement for the MyAccount program, Ascension's initiative to bring a consistent, unified, quality patient experience to the organization's online Patient Portal.

Successfully operationalized the newly-formed Critical Endpoint Engineering team whose mission it is to modernize the management of all clinical devices and facilities' systems in the PSJHS eco-system that are critical to patient care and service delivery; isolating those endpoints in their own dedicated MEMCM and OU thereby protecting those critical devices from unplanned updates and unexpected downtime.
