A leading healthcare information technology-consulting firm providing services to hospitals, physician group practices, health plans, and other healthcare entities.Responsible for the implementation of a proprietary DADS and LTSS case management solution for two managed care organizations (MCO), Driscoll Health Plan (Corpus Christi, Texas) and Cook Children’s Health Plan (Fort Worth, Texas), as part of a 4-MCO Texas consortium for the HHSC Texas STAR Kids waiver program. • Generated $1.8 Million in revenue for the solution provider.• Combined implementation budget of $3.8M which generated an ROI of $2.4B for the client.• Made a positive impact on 190,000 physically and mentally challenged children and their families, enabling them to come home to receive their needed care and support.• From “Contract to Close”, created a collaborative environment working closely with a geographically and culturally diverse 6-member project team along with a larger team of developers and infrastructure specialists. Responsibilities were to “clear the way” of obstacles, clearly communicate and manage expectations, and drive this team to utilize their talents and potential for the fulfilling of the project deliverables per the project schedule and the contractual specifications. • Facilitated scrum sessions for internal team members as well as weekly project update meetings for internal and external executive stakeholders• Provided clear, weekly project updates and reports to C-Suite level leadership, anticipating and reporting project risks, collaborating to devise mitigation plans.• As part of the Consortium project, the team succeeded in implementing five instances of the solution in 12 months; a feat normally taking at least 24 months.
