I am a CSM and CAPM-certified Senior Project Leader with 17 years’ experience leading and deploying hospitality technology solutions for global hotel and resort chains such as Shangri-La, Minor and Jumeriah.I’ve always been a people person with a heart to serve and do the best for my customers. This is what attracted me to work in the hospitality industry, as I could focus on developing my finer service standards and skills in project management and hospitality management. Although this industry has been hit due to Covid-19, I am confident the skills I have developed over the years will equip me in my future endeavours where I can continue to lead innovation, identify business needs, and build relationships throughout a project lifecycle and beyond.
