Provision of consultancy/project management services for two specific projects- Working with the companies external Audit Team and client to provide a Revenue Assurance model which could be used monthly. This would ultimately give reassurance that the meter to cash process was functioning correctly and assisted with the yearly Revenue Audit. A combination of Agile and Waterfall methodologies was used to deploy the solution, this was delivered remotely. A major part of this project was to ensure that data from the D365 platform was correctly integrated into the custom-built environment.-Business Analysis and Mapping for the integration of a customer self-serve energy portal, this involved mapping processes, data and utilising specific APIs to help optimise the customer journey. Agile frameworks were used due to the nature of this development.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team my primary responsibility was to manage the provision of a secure, compliant and performant environment for all aspects of IT and communications across the IEG companies based in Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man.- Collaboration with internal stakeholders up to and including the CEO, Managed Service Providers and telecommunication vendors was key to driving the business forwards and making sure we provided a continuous high level of service to our colleagues and ultimately our customer base, the IT estate was a Hybrid Cloud infrastructure based on Azure O365 and included D365 F&O as the main ERP.- Support of Microsoft ISV Utility Billing platform (MECOMS) and management reporting for operational and financial activities.- Formulating and executing strategic IT policies aligned with business objectives to deliver savings and business vision. - Provide leadership and guidance to a team of five IT professionals and be the voice of technology on the Leadership Team.- Seconded into Data Migration/Integration Lead (May 21- July 22) in the migration off our Oracle ERP legacy system to Microsoft Dynamics F&O (D365)- Project Manager for O365 transition from traditional on-prem servers (Oct 20 - Mar 21)- Project Manager for Field Service application from Oracle EBS to Solarvista (Nov 19 - Mar 20)- Responsible for the OPEX and CAPEX Budgets for IT (£1,5M/pa)- Analysis of complex data sets from a number of sources, providing detailed reports and KPI's for senior management to make more informed decisions.

Responsible for the business systems within the Group this was a varied role as the technology advanced. Key applications:Gentrack Utility BillingOracle E-Business SuiteOffice Applications including Microsoft Exchange/ADVendor Management of various supplier software applicationsIntegration of Systems to backend ERPTelephony SystemsResponsible for DR/BC provision- Project Manager from initiation to deployment to move legacy billing, operational and financial systems to Oracle E-Business Suite ERP and bespoke Utility Billing platform. The project was complex in that we moved from on-prem servers in three locations to a datacentre, this enabled each of the original systems to become consolidated. The bespoke Billing platform was developed in Oracle APEX and then integrated into E-Business Suite 12.1.3., this was completed alongside BAU and took two years to successfully complete.- Management of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure in conjunction with managed service provider, following a move to Private Cloud from on-prem systems. The rollout of VDI ensured significant cost savings.- Supported all key applications making sure Service Contracts were being monitored and ensuring the respective SLA’s were being met.- Responsible for release and patch fix planning across the environment.- Managed key interfaces and made sure they were operational and working in the correct manner. - Use of reporting tools to supply MI data so that management could make informed decisions.

Part of a development/support team for the Gentrack utility billing platform, a product that was introduced into the northern hemisphere following its success in New Zealand and Australia. As a Senior Analyst Programmer, I worked on the system to implement UK VAT legislation and other modifications that were UK specific. I was part of an implementation team that installed this product on client site and I became a Customer Support Manager of a team of four people following successful go live.

Helped maintain the company business system, doing system change/code modifications and testing, this was a bespoke application with a user base of 300. I reported to the Head of Information Systems and was particularly involved in the manufacturing aspects, I was part of a team which developed and implemented Just In Time (JIT) processes in order to gain maximum efficiencies for the business.
