About Chris Pommier, J.D.
I practice in the areas of environmental law, administrative law and commercial litigation. Those areas include the complex firm-wide cases that I help support, but I particularly enjoy assisting individual small business owners, entrepreneurs and people involved in commercial and residential real estate transactions. I help people with the fundamentals, such as creating operating agreements and bylaws, and choosing and structuring legal entities, understanding lease agreements and creating agreements with contractors and providing closing opinions. I believe that creating good systems and structures together as a team can go a long way to avoiding litigation in the future.I am lucky enough to live in Santa Fe, New Mexico at the foot of the spectacular Sangre de Cristo Mountains where I spend lots of time with my husband and young daughter walking, hiking and exploring the outdoors. Family time, eating healthy and exercising are all incredibly important to me.
Listed skills include Immigration Law, Legal Writing, Editing, Social Media, and 46 others.
