OVERVIEW: Work directly with senior executive leadership to manage all day-to-day club operations, including strategic planning with the President and Board Committees. Report to the President and lead a team of 7, including the CFO, AGM, and Superintendent. Tasked with leading turnaround/improvement efforts for several key areas, including facilities and equipment, HR and internal culture building, committee, membership growth, and member satisfaction areas. HIGHLIGHTS: ☑ Played a key role in steady membership growth from 50 new members in 2018 to 86 in 2021, with Full Active Member Equivalent (FAME) rising from 807 to 857. ☑ Improved the Club IQ score (online member survey) by 5% year-over-year. Total of 300 members. OVERVIEW: Oversaw all daily activities and functional areas in a joint effort with the leadership team, including strategic planning sessions with the President and Owner. Led a team of 7, including the CFO, Executive Chef, Superintendent, and multiple Directors, reporting directly to the President and Owner. Additionally, held accountability for generating outside golf and catering business opportunities to achieve positive bottom-line results. HIGHLIGHTS: ☑ Grew private function revenues by 30% and outing revenues by 150% in the first 2 years of tenure, maintaining this level of growth for the next 8 years. ☑ Reduced a high staff turnover rate by over 20%.
