About Gregg R. Orenstein
At 11 years young my father turned to me as my brother left for college and said, "son get a job delivering papers and start saving for college." Almost 30 years later I've come to believe these youthful years were the foundation to a long life of passion for communication and connection to people. I also began to understand the power of fiscal management, marketing, innovation and efficiency. Of course the road traveled brought me to new places and experiences helping me to hone in on my customer experience skills, business and public speaking skills. Most importantly I am a loving husband and father which in my opinion is a natural way to learn all about first aid if your child(ren) are anything like mine. In business however the five years I spent as the Director of Membership of the DeVos Blum Family YMCA was truly dynamic. I developed a mastery for communication across a broad landscape of cultures, languages, generational age divisions, disabilities and abilities, socio-economic backgrounds, religious believes, health and mental status and parenting styles to name a few. As a Director I was responsible for my own department; hiring, training, marketing, fiscal management, budgeting, technology, innovation and so much more. There are many CPR companies and classes to choose from and many are fantastic! How we separate ourselves from the others is simple; we provide high quality classes in an enthusiastic, engaging format that utilizes student involvement and hands on training.
