Key Achievements:Development of Request for Service, Maintenance, and Incident / Problem management processes based on ITIL & CoBIT process frameworks. IT Services Management Architect for financial service client engagement located in San Francisco, California. The engagement was for ITIL Implementation Support Services where I designed and developed the "IT process activities" tools automation architecture. Additionally, I performed the current state assessment and recommendations for the enterprise management tools in support of the process automation. The tools architecture, called the Enterprise Management Architecture, was developed in collaboration with the client’s Senior Infrastructure Architect / Director and focused primarily on the Service Support & Service Delivery process automation requirements as well as Event Management process area. The architecture was immediately leveraged by the client’s database administrators responsible for initial configuration of the new Change & Configuration Management software solution as well as the Service Desk implementation staff.

Contracted to lead development of National Enterprise Infrastructure Operations Center for 26,000-employee Australian government agency (in charge of distributing social entitlements for ~8 million citizens), with emphasis on development and integration of the ITIL international standards and best practices with regards to IT Service Management and IT Infrastructure Management. Including tasks such as unifying several design and support teams for network consisting of 2,500+ file servers, 12 mainframes, 3,550 WAN components, and multiple applications. Created and presented design model to agency, built Network Operations team, and provided efficiency and gap analysis of functional capabilities.

Directed multiple projects ranging from Enterprise Network (Infrastructure) Management Systems evaluations/integrations to planning and architecture of Service Provider Operational Support Systems and Network Operations Centers. Assisted VP in development of national practice through creation of practice content, including data sheets, training programs, formal presentations, article writing, and methodology development. Assisted sales managers in business opportunity development. Key Achievements:Performed as solutions architect developing the ITIL / CoBIT Change, Incident, and Problem management processes design for a large Texas based national bandwidth service provider. Built operations procedures, interviewed operations & engineering candidates, and trained personnel on use of new processes & procedures.Lead the Infrastructure Management Capabilities Assessment for Blue Cross of Alabama which included assessment of processes, technologies, and the organisation supporting the service delivery network. Provided recommendations and time-lines associated with developing the Change, Incident, Problem, & Event management processes as well as identifying IT monitoring and management technologies required to automate the processes. Functioned as ENMS architect and project team leader for Managed IPT/Cisco AVID Service delivered to Fortune 50 Telecom Corporation. Developed system, trained NOC staff, and delivered project on time and within budget. Allowed client to achieve go-to market status on new service offering for 1st time.Served as NMS solutions architect and project team's co-designer of NGOSS for start-up service provider; designed OSS/NMS for broadband provider, including NOC tools, staffing, and budget design.
