Priyam is an experienced communications and investor relations professional. Over the past decade, she has helped public companies build reputation and increase shareholder value through strong and transparent communication strategies. Prior to joining LodeRock Advisors, she managed communications and investor relations for Origin House (CSE: OH, OTCQX: ORHOF) where she was responsible for crafting the company’s growth story leading to Origin House’s acquisition by Cresco Labs (CSE: CL, OTCQX: CRLBF) for C$1.1 Billion – the largest-ever public company acquisition in the U.S. cannabis sector at the time. Previously, she served as a trusted communications and public relations advisor to Fortune 500 companies as well as start-ups at award-winning communications consultancies such as Edelman and TBWA, across the EMEA region. Priyam is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins University, holds a Master’s degree in public relations and digital communications and is a Certified Professional in Investor Relations (CPIR).
