Current• Responsible for EMEA and Key local account portfolio• Reinforcing customer relationships leading to new sales and business development • Identifying new market prospects and sales opportunities• Devising strategies for driving sales growth via increasing partner network and meeting prospective customers• Working closely with the IT department for optimization of customized modules and solutions• Monitoring product satisfaction within existing account portfolio and making personalized solutions• Working with the marketing team to produce campaigns, marketing materials and tools to support business development and customer retention
