I currently spearhead the strategic integration of HR functions across six fast-growing companies. My most recent accomplishments include consolidating six disparate HR platforms under a single HRIS enabling a transition to a shared services model, combining five benefits plans into a harmonize plan, driving $1M in premium reduction and improved administrative efficiency, and consolidating five 401 (k) plans, saving $100K in administration fees and improving employee service. I also lead the oversight, risk review and integration of HR functions during strategic acquisitions.

In this role, I led the operations and strategic initiatives of HR functions across an operating group and spanning all areas. I was tasked with reorganizing a $1B+ operating group with 1,000+ employees in collaboration with senior company leadership. In doing so, I created, sustained, and fostered a workplace culture that enhanced employee engagement and talent management activities. Throughout my tenure, I delivered multiple transformations, including reducing employee turnover by 5% year-over-year, increasing manager and employee performance feedback rates by 50% after redesigning the annual review program, increasing campus recruits by 50%, and more. I also played a major role in overseeing HR related governmental audits (EEOC, OFCCP, DOL).

During this time, I served as both the Director of HR (2005 – 2017) and Director of Training and Development (2009 – 2017). As HR Director, I managed HR programs and strategies for two operating companies with 1,200+ employees. I also led the assessment and streamlining of the entire HR infrastructure and all of its systems, processes, and practices and directly collaborated with the company’s President to set, implement, communicate, and improve HR and other strategies. During my tenure, I reduced unnecessary HR expenses by $250K+ annually through targeted consolidation efforts and increased performance appraisal completion rates by 50% and training utilization by 30%, among other key accomplishments. As Training Director, I designed, integrated, and led the company’s training and development strategy designed to boost staff engagement and skill development. I also created and led the company’s first corporate university to serve the learning and development needs of 1,500 nationwide employees.

Launched an operating division’s HR department, developing policy and programs to deliver HR services. Reported to the company president and managed all HR activities for 600 employees.
