Chad has experience in the performance of studies and analyses of streetscapes, parks and public spaces, and other landscape architecture practices for both public and private sector clients. He specializes in the human-centric elements of landscape architecture, analyzing spaces and proposing opportunities for passive and active recreation though the use of natural elements as well as bicycle and pedestrian paths and permanent fixtures. Chad understands the importance of placemaking and the importance that pedestrian-friendly spaces and infrastructure has in a community, and has experience facilitating public meetings to gather input from diverse audiences.
