Working in the industry for over 20 years, I have had the pleasure to work in some of the largest and smallest agencies in Birmingham,as well as working in London and Sydney based agencies. I am still eager to learn and add to the knowledge I have picked up throughout my career! I’m very enthusiastic and keen to develop myself within a company, always looking to be creative and pass my skills on to other people and work to asset any team. The main studio was split into groups, and it was my job to manage this group along with my other responsibilities. I would resolve any day-to-day issues within my team, plan holiday requirements and any resource issues this may cause and conduct six-month reviews for team members, helping them through development and any other issues that may arise. During the pandemic I moved on to Macmillan account to look after their implementation campaigns from print to digital projects.Being a new account, it was my responsibility to grow the account and the team long with it and ensure the smooth running of projects from start to finish.I attended management courses to ensure I have the relevant skills to effectively run the various groups/departments under my remit.
