I re-joined FTI Consulting in July 2018, after a 5-year interval, to initially work on the transformation programme, for a large Irish Life Assurance company, to implement a Pensions Portal and laterally to work on the development of a Global Construction Project Management course for a global Project Management Body, specifically focusing on content research & development as well as the establishment of a Global Industry Forum and execution of a Go to Market strategy.Since re-joining FTI Consulting, I have also been responsible for various Business Development initiatives:• Completion of numerous Request for Proposals (RFP);• Establishment of an internal marketing forum to develop market specific business propositions for Business Transformation;• Management of the development of a low code/no code application to monitor Performance Accountability within organisations;• Facilitation of a number of lunch & learn sessions;• Management of FTI’s attendance at the Careers Fair in Smurfit Business School;• Career coach and mentorship of a number of junior colleagues; and,• Facilitation of Graduate Induction sessions.

I joined Smith & Williamson in September 2015 to co-establish the Project and Change Management department. Once established, I was responsible for overseeing the Project and Change Management department for the Tax and Accountancy business entity.Establishing the department involved:• Creation and implementation of a change lifecycle;• Creation of documentation templates required throughout the change lifecycle;• Establishment of a ‘Book of Work’ and ‘Change Initiative Log’ to identify and prioritise the strategic projects and change initiatives required;• Coordination with Finance to complete the budgeting process for the department;• Coordination of a hiring campaign to fully staff Project Management & Change; and,• Establishment of a department-wide IT Steering Group.Core project work:• Client Portal – new platform to allow clients to manage their portfolio;• Website Redesign – new group website to enhance client experience;• Practice Management System (Microsoft Dynamics 365) – new ERP application;• Client Data Master – new single data repository to allow for a “Golden” source of data;• Client Relationship Manager (Microsoft Dynamics 365) including GDPR deliverables; and,• Anti-Money Laundering Review – review and update of all AML information held for clients.

I joined ReformIS in January 2013 where I worked as a Senior Consultant until August 2015. ReformIS are a specialist business and technology consultancy focused predominantly in the Asset Management industry.I worked in a large Asset Management company, throughout my entire time at ReformIS where, in May 2015, I assumed the role of Business Relationship Manager to oversee all projects for the Front Office.As a Senior Consultant in the firm, I spent the majority of my time working on projects for our clients. I did, however, take an active role in the administration and management of the firm, which involved:• Inputting to the management team on how they could improve the firms’ communications;• Researching and establishing communications with software firms to act as a partner for those firms to implement their software on client’s sites; and,• Identifying ways in which ReformIS could diversify their service offerings.Core project work:• Fidessa LatentZero upgrade – managed a team of 9 to upgrade the software, while also including the additional functionality that the Fidessa suite offers;• Commodities Systems enhancements – Agile project to assess and enhance the support tools used by the Commodities Desk. Planned, developed, and released enhancements;• Transfer Pricing – managed a team to assess and implement a big-four defined Transfer Pricing Waterfall Model.• Bloomberg upgrade – managed a team to upgrade Bloomberg Alpha to AIM Analytics.• FATCA - Project Manager / Business Analyst overseeing the transition period to Business as Usual. This involved reacting to changing regulations and guidance to update documents and processes to ensure that the firm remains FATCA compliant; and,• Broker Voting – Project Manager / Business Analyst implementing a business wide solution to allow the firm to conduct Broker Voting.

I joined Distinct Consulting (now FTI Consulting) in June 2008 as a Business Analyst. I progressed to the level of Consultant in June 2010 and subsequently to Senior Consultant in December 2011.Throughout my time at Distinct Consulting, I gained a breadth of experience as I moved from Business Analyst to Senior Consultant. I joined the Dublin office in June 2008 and moved to London in April 2010. I was the third employee in the London office (Distinct Consulting) and I helped the firm gain a foothold in London through my participation in Business Development propositions and relationship management of our clients’ senior stakeholders.Core project work:• Retail Distribution Review (RDR) – Project Manager / Business Analyst for a large Swiss bank's regulatory project focusing on the migration of client accounts to satisfy FCA regulations;• Asset Management Platform (in-house tool) – Business Analyst for a large Swiss bank to implement an Asset Management tool to allow Client Advisors to simulate and execute portfolio changes;• Process Automation – Business Analyst for a large Swiss bank to reduce manual effort and provide Management Information reports to management;• Solvency II – Business Analyst for a global Insurance company (Global Headquarters), with particular focus on the design, implementation, and maintenance of a Data Dictionary; and,• Data integration and Management Information – Business Analyst lead for a large UK Retail Bank (Credit Cards Division) to develop and implement a data Dashboard displaying KPIs.

I completed an Internship on the iBusiness Banking team in AIB headquarters. I worked in AIB for 8 months testing the iBB system and working closely with teams across the globe to improve the service offerings to customers both in Ireland and Internationally
