Interact with board of directors, committee members, corporate entities and donors.Develop and administer $2.2 million annual operating budget and complete all bookkeeping functions. Support President in all areas of administrative assistance. Research and develop role of governing board related to responsibilities, ethics and conflicts of interest.Organize financial independence plan, which included developing accounting procedures and forms, establishing QuickBooks organization, serving as liaison to auditors, completing all bookkeeping functions.

Support all areas of office administration, participated in hiring and ongoing supervision of receptionist.Provide creativity and coordination of corporate marketing efforts; serve as event coordinator for company activities.Coordinate $55,000 office expansion, serving as point of contact for property management representatives. Participate in contractor selections, and oversaw build-out and furnishing in compliance with plans.
