A dedicated, results-oriented leader in education with over 25 years of experience spanning classroom, building, and district level. I’m excited to now provide coaching for educational leaders to help them avoid burnout, feeling inadequate and alone by walking alongside them with ongoing customized support, accountability, and feedback so they can accomplish goals, enhance confidence, and make a positive impact with their stakeholders. I have always been committed to providing students, staff, and stakeholders guidance and direction to ensure a quality education for every child. Leaders need the ability to collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive environment of trust and security. I believe in excellent relational capacity to ensure teachers and administrators receive the support they need to effectively implement educational initiatives. I am passionate about coaching leaders to stay in the profession when they are leaving at alarming rates.
