Following the acquisition of Cash Stop by Commit Co I have transitioned from the hands-on CTO role to the strategic role of Head Of Innovation & Transformation for the wider Commit Co group.Working closely with the Commit Co leadership team my primary role is to facilitate the integration of the two brands into one. This involves reviewing every facet of the processes and vendors and ensuring the processes and solutions are fit for purpose. We're also leaning heavily into innovation and modernisation during this rationalisation to ensure the group is making use of the best tools available to operate at peak performance for our customers and wider stakeholders.During this rationalization, we are also preparing to scale ready for what the future may hold.

Over the span of seven years, Shaun has diligently steered and advanced the lending platform at Cash Stop. The evolving legislative landscape and emergent compensative opportunities have served as a catalyst for Shaun to hone his analytical and problem-solving prowess. His recent innovations have significantly benefitted the company, streamlining operations and fostering growth.In a bid to further refine day-to-day operations, Shaun has applied agile methodologies to streamline processes, paving the way for a leaner, more efficient workflow. In his role at ISPDr, Shaun collaborated closely with the company's Director, playing a pivotal role in guiding both the present and future strategic direction of the business. His tenure is marked by significant contributions, including gaining substantial experience with ISP networks and technologies such as VPDN, L2TP, VPNs, and Radius. Shaun was instrumental in modernizing the infrastructure by implementing a new Virtual Cluster to replace traditional physical servers, which streamlined operations and reduced costs.A skilled negotiator, Shaun successfully managed contracts with tier 1 wholesale vendors, ensuring favorable terms for ISPDr. His adeptness at fostering relationships led to direct interactions with senior staff within vendor companies, facilitating improved service and support. Notably, he oversaw the 'DSL Direct to NWB Wholesale migration,' skillfully managing the debugging of vendor products to ensure a smooth transition and uninterrupted service.

Managed the short lived BlueFibre's business and network requirements.
