As Head of Practice Systems, I have gained significant experience of operating at a senior manager level, I have been the lead in the transformation of our training programme for staff, including the innovation and development of digital training methods. have extensive experience of developing strategies, creating innovative solutions to issues and producing novel, digital training products.
