Knowledge in several mainframe, work management and workflow systems. Skilled in VBA.Current role includes using LEAN techniques and tools to find 'waste' within a large organisation. Not only identifying problems but being fully involved in implementing solutions through system enhancements, training and process improvements. The main drivers are around:• The customer 'end to end' experience • FTE savings• Cost savings• Bringing in more modernised systems, processes and solutions• Finding ways to to utilise spare occupancy levels• Reducing 'touch' points aiming towards a more 'one and done' methodology where possible• Working to ensure capacity plans via the resource teams are as accurate as possible, by ensuring there are no gaps between manual and automated inputsA key attribute is in being able to identify where large savings can realistically be made. Then making those savings within an achievable and satisfactory timeframe.
