1. Set up, coordinate, and manage all installations.2. Coordinate new product development and applications and investigate new market opportunities.3. Manage all technical aspects of the company, including assisting the sales group.4. Conduct ship surveys and create detailed survey reports.5. Train new installation teams on proper installation techniques.6. Maintain product data sheets and other relevant product literature.7. Assist with all functions of the operations office (shipping, receiving and administration).

Provide technical support for sales team, including material and installation expertise for Stonhard, Liquid Elements, and API-USA products4. Investigate, diagnose and solve issues in the field through site visits and the QA-22 process5. Maintain product data sheets, directions, and other relevant product literature6. Create samples for in-house and third party lab testing and trade shows7. Utilize Product Vision to create finished goods for new and experimental products and maintain existing products
