Championed end-to-end process redesign in human resources and implementation of best practice HR service delivery model, including a globally aligned employee services function.

Director of a 150 person finance and accounting shared services team for a $2.7B restaurant and retail company. Serviced the processing needs of 200 field offices. Established and fostered a culture focused on service excellence, associate development, continuous process improvement, proper controls and personal accountability.

Executed 18-month implementation including design and change management, saving company $3M+ versus original planned cost.
