Senior Product Owner/Architect at Comcast Business with a passion for building quality software that drives operational efficiencies through innovative & tailored solutions that can be relied on. Leads a team building an application that automates the set-up of business customer’s software defined networks driving significant time savings for operations teams. Application was selected as a finalist for Gartner's '2023 Eye on Innovation Award' given for top innovations industry wide.Prior to joining the Comcast Business team, I was a Consultant in Accenture’s Technology Strategy & Advisory Practice specializing in leveraging data analytics to drive process improvement and large-scale digital transformation leadership. My career got its start though in the military where I served 7 years as a multi-functional logistics Officer in the U.S. Army serving in various nations across the globe where I gained experience with leadership, supply chain, project management, relationship building and process improvement.Interesting fact about me, when I was 23, I hiked 104 miles across the Netherlands in 4 days (basically 4 marathons, across 4 days straight) as part of the Nijmegen march. Despite the mental and physical fatigue and pain, I kept going. When I say I will do something, it will happen, no matter how difficult it may be.I am very well versed in relationship management, logistics planning and forecasting, operations, project management and identifying problem areas then fixing/improving (sometimes even initiating) systems that are not operating to their full potential.Paired with my skills and experience along with my no quit attitude and will to constantly improve, I am excited to face the challenges of the business world head on and help the teams I am a part of, and Clients I serve, reach, and exceed, their goals. If you are interested in exploring how I can be an asset to your team (or even just the best way to prevent blisters on a long hike) don’t hesitate to shoot me a message.
