Over thirty-five years of experience in designing, constructing and operating oil and gas processing facilities.Design background encompasses feasibility studies, conceptual engineering and detailed engineering of oil and gas facilities, offshore and onshore. It includes heavy oil, light crude oil, condensate, gas and LNG.Construction projects include offshore hook-up, commissioning and start-up of process and utility systems on a large gas and condensate production platform, and an extensive coal seam gas project. Other commissioning and start-up experience includes oil, gas, marine and utility systems on a world’s largest FPSO, a small oil production platform, plus the start-up of an LNG Train.Extensive operational experience includes engineering and operations support to several major oil and gasprocessing facilities. This includes offshore platforms, FPSOs and onshore facilities such as a complex oil refinery, a large coal seam gas facility (from wells to LNG export) and other PSM facilities.Extensive Process Safety experience from leading and participating in many HAZOPs, HAZIDs and P&ID reviews to conducting Technical HSE Reviews and Pre-Startup Safety Reviews on refineries, LNG plants and other PSM facilities around the world. Established and worked with PSM programs for oil and gas throughout career. Lectured globally on Safety in Process Design for the oil and gas industry. Technical adviser to a consortium of lenders for a significant LNG project. Engineering Consultant, Subject Matter Expert and Technical Authority for Process Engineering on an LNG facility including upstream wells, gathering network and compression facilities.
