Key Responsibilities and Tasks• Manage production of consolidated group financial statements • Production of group management reports and board papers• Manage production of Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee papers and meetings • Monitor, review and understand the performance of the group • Manage significant CAPEX proposals (>USD 1 million)• Acquisition due diligence and intangible valuations (ad hoc)• Review and manage update the formal Group Finance policies and procedures• Work closely with operating companies to ensure best practice is adhered to in respect of financial control and accounting • Manage the submission of operating company results and preparation of Group consolidated results• Technical accounting point of contact for operating companies and executive management• Manage planned improvement in the quality of the operating company management reporting• Manage the central cost budget of Group• Manage and main contact for Deloitte external audit process• Manage and main contact for Ernst & Young internal audit process
