As the Technical Sales Manager, I am responsible for Bath, Ringwood, Thame, Truro and Cirencester, AGA Shops, this covers the successful installation of over 600 cookers per year.For this process to be successful, I will manage the project, from start to finish. I am in contact with each customer, plus all contractors who have been employed. Throughout the process, I shall also provide technical information relating to the specific cookers, plus visit customer’s properties to relay this information on site to each party.When visiting sites, the main proportion of customers have not yet purchased the appliance, I shall negotiate with customers, with the sight to close the order. Since starting the role in early 2016, I have personally sold appliances to the value of £1,500,000Within these visits, I shall also meet with Architects, Kitchen Designers, and Property Developers, to discuss the project and plans, again giving confidence to each party.Within this role, I have educated myself, with Gas, Oil, and Building regulations, which relate to AGA installations, this allows me to explain, and visualise the end goal for the customer.

AGA Rangemaster is a world reaching brand and appliance group, which resides at the top of the cooker market. As the Assistant manager of the Bath showroom, I have personally sold appliances to a value of £510,000I am the first point of contact for the customer with AGA. My top priority is to build a relationship to ensure that the customer is well informed and guided to purchase the correct appliance to suit their lifestyle and requirements. I establish effective relationships; closely listening to the customers' needs and inspiring confidence. This coupled with an excellent understanding of, and passion for the product ensures that I remain the point of contact right through to close of sale.In addition to my role as the Assistant Manager I have expanded my role. I frequently visit customer's properties to see the product installation. This successfully enhances the relationship by further developing customer confidence in the product and the delivery process. The sale is not the end of the relationship. I am in close contact with our Group Sales Director. My other responsibilities include; formally reporting the performance of the showroom; creating new opportunities by attending National sales events and seeking new local opportunities to raise product awareness..

The Loss Management Group are employed on behalf of UK leading insurance companies in the event of a loss or theft of premium watches and jewellery from their customers.My role was to solicit information from the customers regarding their high value jewellery losses; specifically premium brand watches; Patek Philippe, Rolex, Breitling, Tag Heuer and to support the process of replacement.To facilitate the process I was required to develop a clear understanding of the customer's watch and the circumstances of the loss. I was then required to provide a valuation and negotiate the best price directly for the appropriate insurance company. I was in daily contact with the Head Offices of the respective watch manufacturers and the largest retailers of watches in the UK and Europe to support this process. In addition, I was in close contact with internal company account managers as well as the Head of Operations in Bath. I provided weekly feedback and updates. My knowledge of premium watches is extensive. I have personally made links with companies across the UK, making visits to view the watches first hand, enabling me to fully understand the products which are being described.
