I have founded or co-founded and led several successful companies, including Esmark, Ecolution Power, and the Space Railway Corporation. Three of the companies I founded achieved $1 billion of annual revenue inside 18 months. I rang the NASDAQ bell twice, won three hostile proxy contests, and executed the first and only hostile reverse tender merger in Wall Street's history. Esmark was the highest appreciating stock in all US equity markets for the full year 2008. On the personal side, I have written and published multiple books, including "The Caterpillar Way," which became the top-selling book in the United States, ranked #1 on the Barnes & Noble Best Seller List, and Top 10 on two New York Times Best Seller lists, a children's novel that combined fiction and nonfiction elements with a popular video game with over 300,000 downloads, which was the ranked #1 mobile game in several countries, and most recently, "Soul Ties of Spies" which achieved #1 Amazon Best Seller status in two genres; espionage and technothrillers. I am the founder and executive chairman of Ecolution Power, a company that made a scientific discovery which will change the world. I am also the co-chairman of the board of The Space Railway Corporation. This company aims to lower the cost and increase the storage capacity of spaceships transporting materials into deep space and back. My mission is to create innovative and sustainable ventures that can transform industries and positively impact society and the environment.
