CurrentManage and supervise data/reporting functions to include: design, implementation, scheduling, delivery, analyses, maintaining data integrity and interpretation of reports for management.Manage the hiring, supervision, and performance appraisals of analytics staff. Manage projects and staff to support data needs for all departments.Manage and monitor the resources to provide accurate and timely information and data in response to ad-hoc requests and to meet regularly scheduled reporting requirement deadlines. Identify potential issues with data that might cause inaccurate reporting.Build and maintain a strong working relationship with the business and promote a collaborative environment.Provide training opportunities on developmental visual data analytics systems. Work with business users in order to explain data/analytics, resolve problems, and provide the business with clear understandable information.
