Running of over 10 separate payrolls for over 2000 employees looking after a team of two.

Payroll Administrator for eight years in a team of four. Company has around 2,500 paid employees with a mix of permanent and casual employees. It's a monthly payroll where we use the ADP payroll software. Data entry of Starter, Leaver and contract change forms along with a large quantity of timesheets. Employees are encouraged to use our Employee Self Service in which i have delivered one-to-one/workshop training throughout the country. Involved in two new payroll system implementations from initial data capture throughout the country to parallel runs to ensure each earning code was working and calculating correctly.
