EXPERIENCE HP - Indigo Division 1991 - 2023 Israel R&D Master Technologist (2015 – 2023) • Lead WH Electronics team of Electronics and SW Engineers to deliver B2 landscape 1626 DPI WH electronics, printing at 3 m/sec. • Tight team work collaborating with the Electro-Optics team.• Lead system design, investigate and resolve complex technical issues of electro-optic systems, both Laser Scanning and LED Print Heads (LPH).• Solve complex customer & production issues. • Design critical print quality compensations, dynamic mirror control loop, 5GHz clock synchronizer, process & output 250 giga-bits/second video data, & 400 MHz bandwidth multiple power levels laser drivers using FPGA’s running VHDL code & high frequency & precision analog devices.• Lead standards (FCC, CE, UL) approval of LPH.Digital Press Writing Head Electronics & Software R&D Manager (1999 - 2014)• Responsible to design, transfer to production and standards approval of the Indigo color printer Writing Head electronics & software, meeting BOM costs and schedule. Increase print production rate by x4. Design & Development Engineer (1991 - 1999)Design and transfer to production of color printer laser-based WH electronics. Design digital interface to LPH. Luz Industries Israel - Design & Development Engineer 1989 - 1991 Israel Intel Israel Incorporated - System Validation Engineer 1987 - 1989 Haifa, Israel C.S.
