• Providing a reliable and safe public transport service to the community;• Operating Trams in accordance with Road Traffic Act 1961, Australian Road Rules (SA) and Rail Safety National Law(SA) Act 2012• Driving in a smooth, safe, controlled manner to minimise vehicle wear and maximum passenger comfort and safety;• Operating the Trams defensively anticipating, identifying and managing the hazards and risks of the drivingenvironment;• Managing timetable deadlines while competing with weather and traffic conditions;• Operating a GRN radio to effectively and concisely report any faults, issues or incidents to tram control;• Preparing and checking Trams before being but in service;• Managing tram faults that occur and taking appropriate actions to report, amend and clear faults;• Providing great customer service to customers from all walks of life; and• Remaining calm in stressful situations and following procedure.

• Monitor network of over 1400 CCTV cameras based around Public transport and DPTI infrastructure;• Delegating maintenance requests from PSSB and DPTI to multiple companies for repair or replacement of DPTIassets such as cameras, doors, help phones and sensors;• Responding to live incidents as they occur and making decisions in potentially stressful situations;• Dispatching security response vehicles to attend jobs and respond to incidents;• Calmly making decisions when incidents do occur and professionally communicating with security guards on thescene and regularly updating SAPOL;• Processing and downloading Public Transport CCTV footage in a timely matter for SAPOL and DPTI after receivingrequests, in accordance with all chain of evidence protocols that DPTI have in place;• Reporting property damage to SAPOL and sending still images to SAPOL SCAC using SAP numbers where relevant;• Personally providing statements and signing affidavits for SAPOL;• Providing and receiving Intel from Public transport SAPOL officers on the ground;• Constantly communicating with DPTI train control;• Noticing crime trends and repeat offenders in the community;• Keeping educated on where changing problem areas are within the network and what the current terrorism threatlevel is;• Having extensive knowledge of streets and landmarks around DPTI infrastructure that cannot be seen on CCTVcameras to better report incidents to SAPOL;• Working 12 hr shifts in teams during the day and overnight;• Speaking to and vetting all visitors that come into Dry Creek Train Depot;• Keeping a detailed brief on shift and keeping a record of all times, locations and personnel onsite when incidentsoccur; and• Creating and editing Transit Performance System (TPS) reports.

• Taking in ASIC applications, physically verifying all documents and ID under federal regulation;• Entering data into corporate and federal computer systems;• Uploading applications and Employee details into Australian federal background checking organisation,AUSCHECK;• Liaising with AUSCHECK to solve discrepancies with ASICs and applications;• Using the corporate card management program to provide swipe access to all staff at Adelaide Airportsuch as Australian Federal Police, Australian Border Force, Biosecurity, Qantas and Virgin;• Issuing and marking Adelaide Airport Airside driving theory tests;• Invoicing reports weekly from Tenants to Adelaide Airport Finance;• Ensuring all employees are up to date on all relevant Adelaide Airport inductions;• Support as required, screening, processing passengers and staff entering the sterile area;• Support as required, screening and processing deliveries being received by tenants; and• Working under strict regulations and procedures to make sure Australia remains safe.
