The Executive Director position serves as chief executive officer of the Council. The Executive Director is responsible for administering the statewide operations of the Council. The Executive Director is responsible for the strategic leadership and implementation of all functional activities of the Developmental Disabilities Council to accomplish advocacy, capacity building and systemic change in Massachusetts. The Executive Director has a collaborative relationship with federal and state agencies as well as Congressional and state legislators.
