- Developing and managing new accounts within the Food Category of the company.- Establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel for Food Customers.- Coordinating internal processes, including production support, customer service and management coordination, in order to meet targeted sales volume and strategic objectives for assigned accounts.- Forecasting and track key account metrics.- Providing industry insights towards SAPIN’s sales and forecast planning.- Proactively assess, clarify and validate customers needs on an ongoing basis.- Providing inputs and closely following up on customer requirements, towards new solutions and innovation requirements within the Food Category.- Supporting the Regional Sales Manager – U.A.E, through periodic reports and any other duties that may be assigned.

- Managing Accounts of several large companies including Prominent Paints- Follow up with internal departments regarding the production and dispatch of the finished goods.- Promptly update the customers regarding can making schedule and dispatch details. - Handling the design changes of clients and subsequently facilitate in phasing out of old designs.- Liaison with customers with regards to quality assurance and implementing corrective actions upon having discovered the root causes.- Implement the new revised designs in the system (ERP system).- Coordinate with the Supply chain and operations in order to manage/ensure on time delivery.- Prepare month end Sales Analysis reports and Presentations.
