As the Executive Director responsible for international activities of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC), I lead both strategic and operational activities leading to the sustained expansion of RCPSC's international presence, while ensuring our global partners achieve impactful results. I am continually seeking to establish and nurture long-term relationships with academic healthcare centres, ministries of health and higher education, and governing bodied associated with health profession training; with the aim of collaborating to improve postgraduate medical (pgme) and health profession education.As the Executive Director responsible for the RCPSC's foundation, I lead all advancement activities that aim to improve health care delivery and health profession well-being through the funding of domestic-programs led by our Fellows. I lead both strategic and operational activities with the aim of growing our philanthropic network and impact in support of wellness initiatives, programs that address environmental impact of health care delivery, and supporting programs that strive to improve access to health care in underrepresented communities.

Lead the strategic growth and operations of Royal College Canada International (RCCI) a wholly-controlled subsidiary of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC). RCCI provides consulting services to postgraduate medical education (pgme) institutions as a means to advance the quality of physician/surgeon specialist training. RCCI also provides international development, aid, and collaboration services in emerging economies (at no charge) as a means to advance pgme with organizations wanting/needing to improve quality of training and training outcomes of physician specialists.

As a Portfolio Business Advisor within NRC, I was responsible for building strong and productive relationships with industrial partners across a wide range of industries including: automotive and surface transportation, advanced manufacturing, medical devices, and defence and security, as a means to promote NRC's R&D and Testing & Evaluation (T&E) capabilities and expertise. Led a team of business professionals that continuously engaged with industry to increase R&D and T&E activities with NRC's experts as a means to: de-risk technology/product development, accelerate time to commercialization, and expand market share for Canadian innovators. Provided strategic advice and operational support to NRC executives to ensure business activities were aligned with market forces and trends. Responsible for the management of NRC’s intellectual property portfolio pertaining to the automotive, surface transportation, and advanced manufacturing sectors with the ultimate aim of transferring technology to industrial partners for optimal commercial success and benefit.

Established relationships with health care institutions and telecommunications companies to deliver tele-health/remote health care monitoring solutions for a wide range of patient populations in both urban and rural communities.

Conceptualized and led the development efforts from concept to commercialization for three clinical reporting/workflow and imaging solutions targeting pediatric cardiology departments - echocardiology, cardiac catheterization, and magnetic resonance imaging labs. Negotiated intellectual property/licensing agreements with clinical and technology partners needed to support product development initiatives.Secured product install base comprised of top twenty pediatric hospitals within North America.
