Board of directors member and field programs chair for a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that invests in global communities to help end the cycle of poverty through safe water and sanitation solutions.

• Conducted research on GIS methodologies for Low Impact Development and prioritization methodologies for urban stormwater BMP retrofit. • Instructed the Hydrology and Hydraulic Lab guiding students through labs including a full scale flume and a reservoir design project using HEC-HMS.

Energy Management

• Managed the master data center for all of the utilities on the University's campus. • Responsibilities included keeping the system up-to-date with utility locations during construction and providing maps and system information for the departments maintenance services. • Lead efforts and training to transition from sub-meter GPS data collection to sub-centimeter data collection using a robotic total station providing engineers, contractors, and maintenance crews with highly accurate data and increasing the safety of the workers as they maintain the system.

• Primary responsibilities included engineering field surveying and CAD assistance. • Became proficient in conducting field engineering surveys and operating total stations.• Assisted with hydraulic calculations and project oversight.
