Sales Representative for Gulf Island Fabrication, a leading provider of fabrication and assembly services on the Gulf Coast, with an emphasis on onshore modular fabrication in the up/mid/downstream sectors for EPC and end user customers.

Coordinate necessary information and activities between both the Houston and International Sales teams as well as with the Marketing and President’s Departments in Shanghai and London. Additional duties include: • Aggregating, preparing, and submitting official Prequalification and ITT responses on behalf of WOM USA. • Organizing and coordinating local industry events such as the annual OTC party and LNG 17.• Acting as WOM’s Salesforce.com administrator whose duties include maintaining the international sales team’s prospect database, designing and/or modifying reports for use by the international sales team, and fielding general requests/modifications as required by the international sales team. • Coordinating with local sales team to organize client dinners and activities.• Researching and reporting on current and future oil/gas market trends as required. • Attending local industry conferences and engaging potential clients at an introductory level.• Preparing Passport/Visa photos as well as business cards for the WOM USA office.• Aggregating and disseminating relevant Sales and Marketing information to the WOM USA Sales team. • Preparing and submitting WOM USA General Management Presentations to Shanghai as well as attending General Management meetings themselves.

Experience included translating documents to and from Spanish, attending the company’s 2nd Half Budgeting meeting in Houston, Tx, and traveling to various refineries across the U.S. to meet and negotiate with clients.
