  At Apogee Tactical we manage our client’s assets with the objectives of capital preservation, and returning a premium to our benchmarks with less downside exposure. We manage three portfolios that are replicated across our client’s separate accounts based on their unique asset allocation mix. Since inception our equity portfolio has outperformed the S&P 500 by an average of 1.4% annually net of fees, with 70% of the downside exposure. The Fixed Income/Income portfolio has outperformed the Vanguard Total Bond Index by an average of 1.7% annually since inception. The Directional Equity portfolio debuted in 2016 and ended the year + 9.2% net of fees. Managed Equity – Tactical Sector Allocation using very liquid, large cap sector ETF’s with low expense ratios. Technical analysis drives our investment process and dictates when to allocate out of S&P into other sectors. Fixed Income/Income – Fixed and floating rate foreign and US bond ETF’s, reit and equity preferred issues, diversified income ETF’s, and Utilities with covered option writing. Directional Equity – A Hedge Fund alternative, Long and short positions in equities and large cap sector ETF’s driven by technical analysis.
