To be an active referral point for any agent with any quires they may have.Take calls over from any disgruntled customers from agents to resolve their issues.Ensure achievement of service level targets set by out clients.To coach, develop agents within the team Assessing each individual’s performance in call performance and giving weekly and monthly feedback to ensure improvement in performance.Responsible for improving and updating our Knowledge Management System (KMS) for all clients to ensure up to date processes and procedures.In absence of Team Managers making sure there duties are carried out whilst still performing my own duties.Working in partnership with colleagues, managers and clients to improve working practices and added value to the team.Escalating any issues from staff or work matters with my Manager or relevant departments.Producing documentation including detailed training documents to train new members of staff and existing staff on new services and products.
