Leading the End User Computing Team to manage and secure end user devices across three countries in a retail and corporate environment.

Working within the Information Services department at Super Retail Group as a external Partner Specialists. Working closely with our IS vendors to ensure ongoing infrastructure and end user computing support for both the store network and our corporate users.

IT Infrastructure rollout of over 1100 devices across 300+ stores throughout Australia and New Zealand

Led a team refurbishing a fleet of stores into a new format; included enhancing customer experience, improving ambiance and updated merchandise initiatives.

Implemented several projects including:• A major merchandise project altering merchandising strategies across over 160 stores• Designed and assisted creation of a new Intranet SharePoint site, including introducing a change to document management for all 160+ stores• Assisted in the change management and training of a new customer self-serve printing and photocopying system• Led a team which created a printed and online portal for Officeworks customers service strategies • Assisted designing functionality of a new Click and Collect application to assist stores achieve Officeworks customer service goals

• Managed several stores in Victoria• Introduced strategies to turn around a negative EBIT store • Increased community exposure by engaging with local business and groups at several local events• Opened a new store• Assisted in implementing merchandise range reviews• Developed and Coached several Team Members into management positions• Won store of the year for the region - Within two years at store
