Prior to starting my own business, I worked for Microsoft as a Tools Program Manager and an Escalation Specialist, and earlier in my career, I provided technical support to insurance agents at Farmer's Insurance Group and residential customers of Gateway Computer before that. I'm a proud alumnus of the University of Oklahoma where I earned my degree in Management Information Systems in 2001.
