I have 20-years plus continual professional health and safety, environmental, telecommunications, top tier COMAH, CDM, facilities, client based construction and HGV freight management experience coupled with diverse project management knowledge in high volume multi site manufacturing, international financial institutions, security, retail and finance sectors with companies such as Boldyn Communications Networks, SONY (UK), HSBC, Virgin Media, Bridgend County Council, Buy As You View, G4S JUSTICE SERVICES (HMP Parc) and most recently as Head of H&S with the prestigious Royal Mint. I have a wide range of resourceful skills, proven in a progressive succession of successful global operational practices.Whilst employed as the Head of the Health, Safety, Fire and Environmental Affairs department, I had responsibility for 850 staff. I provided coaching, direction and leadership to the Executive Board, senior management team and third party stakeholders on aspects of health, safety, environmental, facilities management, CDM compliance and commercial (HGV) road transport alignment.
