Business Analysis and Project Management of a number of small-medium construction system projects including delivery of a Cost Planning system replacement, Plantyard Inventory Management system, CRM system implementation, and Mobile Device Property Audit system.

Designed and delivered hands-on classroom training programs for Cost Planning process and systems; and construction project collaboration system (ProjectWeb) to hundreds of course participants (internal and external), across Australia, Asia, and the United States. Working in the Design, Project Management and Construction team, I prepared construction cost estimates and bids, and worked with design consultant team to ensure the design developed within budget. I also worked on many large scale development deals where I worked closely with the finance team to develop and input into the financial model. Took a pro-active lead in improving systems, process, tools and benchmarking databases – many of which are still used by the Cost Planning team to this day.
