My analyses (over 40 at last count) support Invata's innovative projects throughout their life cycles: before the sale to test and compare the effectiveness and efficiency of different concepts; during engineering and planning to design, test and tune algorithms, layouts and controls; during startup to optimize the system and troubleshoot problem areas; and post -project for training and to engineer subsequent improvements. I develop and test algorithms that allow our systems to work efficiently, including waveless sortation, good-to-person picking and other warehouse management functions; dynamic picking systems; AMR work choice, routing, and battery charging logic; and more. With a team of animators and programmers, I add value by building CAD-to-simulation translators; virtual reality operator training; automated AMR testing; digital twin; photorealistic renderings and animations; and more.
