My learning and development journey started in a non-traditional fashion. In 2008, I joined Concur Technologies where I had the fortune of experiencing various positions including implementing and delivering software and the related training to SAP Concur customers. Through this work, I found a great sense of accomplishment and value in watching our customers thrive using our products. As my excitement for learning and instruction grew, I made the decision in 2018 to follow my passion and join the learning and development organization. Best decision ever! As the Head of Content Design, Product Learning, I’m extremely fortunate to find myself leading and managing a brilliant team of instructional designers and content creators who deliver training and solutions for one of the largest global enterprise companies in the world. I'm responsible for driving the strategy and execution of delivering world-class learning content across SAP's vast portfolio of product solution areas.One of the large-scale global initiatives we are currently working on is the digital transformation of existing learning content, where learners can find focused and engaging content that enables them to drive their learning journey. Our team is focused on providing instructional design services to all SAP product solution areas, collaborating with portfolio managers, project leads, subject matter experts, learning architects, and certificate architects to help guide them in transforming existing content digitally. When I’m not working, you can find me on the trail mountain biking, hiking, or tinkering in the garage with my two sons.
