Managing and developing secure document control for Official Sensitive drawing and documents. Developing and delivering Operation and Maintenance Manuals for all Buildings and Civil works on projects. Demonstrated excellence in communication skills with various levels of management, Client, stakeholders and suppliers.On the RAF Marham project Three Vertical Landing pads have been constructed and handed over to the Client for the Landing of the new F35 Lightning aircraft. These pads have been constructed using High Temperature Resistant Concrete able to with stand the high temperature and jet blast from the landing of the F35. The pads are a first outside of the United States. The team and I were responsible for delivering initial research findings and development of the product using constitute materials available in Europe, finding from the research transferred in to the Quality control plan and specification for delivering the product to completion. -

Sierra Leone: Tonkolili Iron Ore Project, London Mining Iron Ore and mining.Senegal: Grande Cote’s Zircon ExtractionLiberia: Mount Coffee Hydro Power Rehabilitation project.Responsible for a wide range of all civil engineering aspects including Concrete and Asphalt mix designs, earthwork sourcing and the management of 5 site laboratories throughout Sierra Leone, Senegal and Liberia. Currently we have 3 batch plants throughout West Africa 2 in Sierra Leone and 1 in Senegal. I have the overall responsibility of all mix designs and quality control of the plants. This includes Quality procedures and maintenance/calibration plans and the execution of calibrations including training of national staff alongside the plant managers. The designs are based on locally available materials maximising the local resource and community. Currently I have an expat team of 9 senior technicians and I have 30 local technicians of which have been fully trained in laboratory testing with the aim making the locals the future generation of laboratory technicians in Sierra Leone. Currently we are working to British, German, African and Australian standards and job specific standards. As part of my role includes ensuring all material complies with the relevant specification and produce full reports and procedures for works. I have responsibility in compiling the project management plan and it’s updating. I am currently Radiation Protection officer for Dawnus and licensee for the Sierra Leone Radiation Protection Board.I have researched and obtained board approval for the set up and commissioning of an Oil Condition Laboratory to support our plant department in identifying solutions to plant breakdowns and improve plant optimum performance. This includes all health and safety systems and environment. The oil lab is now fully functional and National staff are trained and operation ICP spectrometers and associated testing. -

Currently the project is using shredded tyres in place of more expensive and quarried natural aggregates in turn reducing the impact on the environment, for which the report I was heavily involved in writing a document on the use of shredded tyres on behalf of Bam Nuttall won an award for EnvironmentalExcellence issued by the Chartered Institute of Waste management (CIWM) Liaise with the design team on material availability locally to ensure best value to our client and the environment. Oversee the setup and management of the project UKAS accredited Laboratory including interviewing and recruitment of staff. Work alongside our material suppliers in aspects of crushing andscreening processes within the quarries to produce materials suitable for the project. Produce technical reports on material trends and analyses and assess site won reusable materials in accordance with the project and relevant Highway standards and specifications.Assess materials for potential contamination and evaluate the materials potential for remediation or treatment and manage the disposal off site including non-hazardous and hazardous materials in accordance with waste acceptance criteria. Oversee all ground investigation for the project and liaise with design Geotechnical engineer on testing and material suitability
